Introducing Wrist Gorilla Spindle.
All Seranith have odd sounding names like Tin-Can Turtle. Seranith language is incredibly complicated, using posture, scent, and sounds no human can make. A Seranith can say in one sentence what it might take a human an hour to explain. If you translated the meaning of their names directly, it would come out more like a long poem than anything else. Tin-Can Turtle's name, in its closest translation, is something like: 'He who stands in the rain with wisdom as a shield over his head, who moves slowly but with determination, who will always reach his goal though it takes him a hundred years, like metal his heart is warmed by the light yet reflects that same light onto all around it'. Since obviously in human languages this would be too long to be practical, Seranith also take on shortened names. Male Seranith names usually have three words, one of which is an animal. Female Seranith names have two words, one of the words being the name of a plant.

I recently got an account on Tumblr and I feel I need to share this with the world here. Mostly I'm using it to post unfinished fanart stuffs but I occasionally post something to do with Archipelago.

Also a reminder that I have a Formspring account to answer any questions anyone may have here
and a Deviantart account that serves as a secondary place to post Archipelago pages and finished art projects of mine here.
If you support Archipelago you can vote for it in the top 100 webcomics here.
